What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: This customer would like to see percentages of tasks completed within a project at the milestone level. They would also like it to be reportable where they can see percentages of Project Management, milestones, and tasks completed in the report builder. | Frequency: Daily | We use Project Management to track our client outcomes and progress through goal sets. We have the Project Management divided into milestones, for example financial literacy, housing stability, education and employment. We run a report to show us how many of the tasks are done and how many still need to be done. We then have to manually calculate a percentage of completion for each milestone in order to provide accurate outcomes to our funders and other organizations who ask for these numbers. It would greatly improve our efficiency and accuracy of reporting to be able to see the percentage of completion for each milestone and be able to report on it.
