Name of Feature/Request: Default task type for contacts.
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To set a default task type for contacts so every time a contact submits a task its type is selected automatically. | Frequency: Whenever a contact creates a task. Very often, we have auto requests that come in to the help desk that need to be shuffled to just one group | It improves efficiency by not having to manually assign the task.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Make a task type that will have the “Allow Contacts to create task” box checked and for all other task type uncheck that box.

[14:16] Faiz: But you can Check the “Allow Contacts to create task” box on the task type that you want the contacts to be able to select while submitting the task.
