Name of Feature/Request: Choose Times link sent from meeting request allow Time Zone change
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Allow invitee on that receives meeting request Choose Time link to choose their time zone. | Frequency: Each time a customer located in a different time zone than the Requester chooses a time and date for their meeting | When an attendee schedules using times listed in a time zone not belonging to them, there is an increased risk for confusion and miscommunication regarding the time of the appointment. This can lead to missed appointments, and time on calendar reserved for meetings that do not occur. Allowing the attendee/invitee to choose the time zone they would like to view the available times in can decrease this risk, and allow for a smoother user experience for the attendee.
Attempted Solutions So Far: No alternatives besides utilizing the Schedule Meeting link, which does not offer the same functionality as the Meeting Request.
