Name of Feature/Request: AR Aging Detail Report (including Export)
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To have a detailed AR aging report along with the ability to export. | Frequency: Every week | A/R Aging Detail Report is Importsant because: a. the information is provided to entities that won’t be given access to our system (e.g., bank and bonding company); b. the information can be utilized in a printout form for meeting or collection purposes when access to Striven is not available or appropriate.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Use current AR aging Report and click on the hyperlinks to view the details.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: I do not see a way to obtain an A/R Aging Detail Report. There is a standard A/R Aging Summary Report. A Detail Report would list, for each customer, each open invoice by date and place the amount in the proper aged column (similar to the Summary but listing each open invoice). Steps Taken: Asked Troy for help in this. Informed the customer that AR details can’t be seen in a report but he can click on the hyperlinks in the report to view the details. Asked Kanaka to call for day2 follow up. - No answer left voicemail.
Next Steps: Follow up | Previously accomplished: AR aging report is used without the details. An example of the detailed AR report is added in the attachments.
