Name of Feature/Request: Appointments Data sets to Workflow

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To be able to create workflow based on Appointments. | This will allow us to automate customer contact based on who has not recently had a meeting with us.

Attempted Solutions So Far: Manual reporting separately from the workflows, and manual comparison of two datasets, but we need to automate the process

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: Is it possible to enable Appointments as a workflow dataset to utilize? We currently, for example, have Customers and Tasks as usable datasets. If we can enable appointments as a dataset, it will allow us to automate routine customer contact from our account managers based on when the customer last met with us for a Customer Impact Meeting. | Previously accomplished: It is not currently able to be accomplished within workflows
