Name of Feature/Request: add the ability to drag filters from “where either” to “where”!
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: The ability to drag and drop report builder filters from one group to another | Frequency: Every time i make a report | The ability to drag and drop from one filter group to another would save time on creating reports rather than having to delete the filter, search, and re-add it again to the correct group
