Name of Feature/Request: Add Serial data to Item API endoint
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur with this: Ability to update price lists via API for accuracy and time savings. Ability to create/update POs, Item Receipts, Bills via API.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven: CSV importing causes excessive formatting restrictions to pull commas, quotes and special characters out of descriptions. Every time a price list is updated, the entire form must be reformatted. If an xlsx import were available it would be better, but an API endpoint for serialized? and serial/lot number for items would be advantageous for many transaction imports.
