Name of Feature/Request: Add ‘PAYMENT CREATED BY’ merge field to Payment Formats
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To have an option to add a “Created By”, " to Payment Receipts | Frequency: Everyday. Each time a payment is made, we face the challenge of creating and providing a proper receipt to the customer. | Operational Efficiency: It saves time for both staff and customers by eliminating the need to retrieve payment details from the system manually. Also, printed receipt improves transparency and show professionalism.Error Prevention: Manual workarounds like taking screenshots or using a seal increase the risk of inaccuracies, which could lead to disputes or compliance issues.Merge Field would pull in Customer default ‘Bill To’ and ‘Ship to’ Address data to accommodate multiple invoices on one payment..

Using Reports:
We use the report for calculating commissions for most of our sales team because it provides a straightforward and organized way to manage it. However, we have a few part-time staff who don’t have a set commission percentage in the system. For them, we calculate commissions separately, so having their details easily accessible is even more Importsant.

Since these are essential for any Payment Receipt, I believe they should be addressed promptly:Payment Created By: We need to identify who entered the payment, as this is Importsant for tracking employee commissions. | Previously accomplished: It wasn’t done because there was no option to print the Payment Receipt in the first place. So, we took screenshots of the Payment page and printed them out. This is an issue we faced only with Striven as our earlier systems were equipped with these basic features.
