Name of Feature/Request: Add Greater and Less than logic to the Last x Days filter option for dates
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To identify Project Management that have remained in a specific stage for too long based on Tenant Specifications | Frequency: Multiple times monthly as new Landowners are | The tenants need to be able to identify bottlenecks and delays on Project Management when they begin to stall in a specific stage of the process before the project has moved to the next Stage.
Attempted Solutions So Far: We Attempted using an opportunity in parallel with the project. Using the Custom Stages on an opportunity to track what stage the project is in.
Tenant did like having two records that need to be maintained manually.
So we add Custom fields at the project level (Global and at the project type) for each stage as a Date field. This would represent the date the project moved into the specified stage.
We are able to build API reports that can identify how long a project was in a Specific Stage by calculating the days between the dates of the next stage.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: We are not able to flag a project that has been in a Specific Stage for too long
