What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: /Topic: To have this shortcut under the customer name in the opportunities. To have quick access to the AR Summary of the customer Because I often navigating from the opportunity to the the customer’s transaction page confirming customer status information. This saves me from going to the customer dashboard and then even to the AR transaction page.
