The current “view only” setting under Agreements > Items is marginally better but still results in a cumbersome experience. Users may need to scroll through long lists of items, which is especially tedious for tasks like truck loading. A button that simplifies this view would be highly beneficial for staff efficiency and satisfaction. | Frequency: Several times a day. | The lost data, multiple repetitive data entry and fixes, and endless phone calls that occur because the system is much less than easy in the field is getting tiresome already. Workers are skipping the system altogether and finishing their paperwork upon their return, on a computer, so it’s faster. This results in return trips to get forgotten data, get accurate data, notes where they cannot read their own handwriting on the piece of scrap plywood they used as a notepad, missing photo evidence, and an increase in labor cost per job of about 15% overall. Anything that can be done to bring the item list to the tasks easier is needed, but a native mobile app is the solution.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Attaching PDFs of the orders to Tasks. Adding custom columns to orders. Printing pick tickets on paper.

A button that simplifies this view would be highly beneficial for staff efficiency and satisfaction. | Previously accomplished: In most field service ERPs (Davisware Vision, ServiceFusion, ServiceTitan, Quickbooks FS, ZoHo) the Jobs/Tasks/Appointments have the items from the order that pertain to the task. Most have a native mobile app to accomplish this that is easy to look at on a mobile device and easy to use by people accustomed to solving problems with hammers.
