Name of Feature/Request: Add an “Amounts” column to the Journal Entry list
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Add an “Amounts” column to the Journal Entry list | Frequency: any time I am reconciling | As the bookkeeper of a manufacturing business, there are so many transactions, some of which are journal entries. When I am investigating a transaction, or reconciling accounts, often I have to be like a private investigator and go back through transactions in the past. When doing this most of the time it is an amount that helps me figure out which entry is the one in question. To see a list of journal entries, without the amounts associated with them, isn’t very helpful, so I would have to click on each entry until I find the one I am searching for. Not always does the associate bookkeeper enter the ‘memo’ data, and even so, it doesn’t necessarily help all of the time. For accounting, numbers are the main thing, so to quickly be able to scan through the list of amounts would be an awesome improvement!
