Name of Feature/Request: Add a “Sold” Status for Items
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Be able to mark an Item as “Sold” instead of “Inactive” to show that it is sold out and not just inactive or “out of service”. | Frequency: Anytime an Item is completely sold out and not replenished | To be able to differentiate between just Items that are no longer in use that the “Inactive” Status is used for and distinguish when Items are gone and won’t be replenished with the use of a “Sold” Status.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Utilize the “Inactive” Status for Items in cases when they are sold and not going to be replenished.

Sometimes we have items that are unique in that once they are sold they are gone and not replenished. Instead of marking the item from “Active” to “Inactive” could we have a third option of “Sold?”
