Add a 'Make Visible on Portal' toggle option to task settings

Some tasks are set to not be visible on the customer portal, and for good reason. What if you wanted a customer to see a couple tasks, but not all of that type?

That’s why we need a new setting for task types that allows a toggle to ‘Make Visible on Portal’! This would work exactly like the discussions toggle. If enabled for a task type via settings, the globe icon would be visible on a task and when clicked, a customer would have visibility into that task on the portal.

I love this idea! There isn't a way to easily see whether a task type is visible to the customer unless you have access to edit the task types. A toggle would also provide great insight so everyone looking at the task could easily see if the customer can also see it!
