Name of Feature/Request: Add a column to the transaction list that shows a reciept attached.
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Customer wants to have the amount to change color for any transaction increasing bank balance (Green) and any transaction decreasing the bank account would be (Red). The also want to add a column in the transaction search to notate if there is an an attachment and have that icon be a hyperlink to the attachment for that transaction. | Frequency: Every time the transaction report is ran. | First, have the amount to change color for any transaction increasing bank balance (Green) and any transaction decreasing the bank account would be (Red). This will allow the customer to easily identify credits and debits on the transaction report.
Second ask is to add a column in the transaction search to notate if there is an attachment and it would be a hyper link to the attachments for that transaction. This will allow the customer to quickly see if there is supporting documentation and have that information readily available.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: Good morning all, I am working again on getting historical transactions in for NBGI from 5/2022 to match up to the free accounting platform we have been using called WaveApp.com. In Wave, when I pull the transaction report a small icon is shown that lets me know I have attached supporting documentation to the transaction and is a hyperlink to the receipt/document. Auditors love to have ready access to things like this, and I love the feature because I know right away at a glance if I have attached it (without going into the transaction to see if attached). Is this something that we might request your developers to include? I am certain that every one of your clients could benefit from this feature, I know your client’s accountants and their auditors would if nothing more. Below are screenshots to show Stiven and WaveApp Transaction reports in comparison.
Also, may your developers write code that will color code deposits as green (helps them stand out on the transaction report) similar to that of the free platform we’ve had to use? Thank you for reviewing my request. Penny Barnhart | Previously accomplished: Customer currently uses a free service, WaveApp.com. When they pull the transaction list a small icon is shown that lets them know they have attached supporting documentation to the transaction and is a hyperlink to the receipt/document.
