What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Ability to search by Memo on the customer AR Transactions page. | Frequency: Multiple times a week. | Being able to easily search for a specific Memo at the customer level will help with locating that information quicker and more efficiently since Maria tracks Importsant customer information using the Memo field.
Attempted Solutions So Far: It has been recommended for Maria to create a custom report using the Transactions Data Set and use the ‘Refine Results’ feature to filter by Memo.
