Ability To Have The Option To Make An Appointment Confirmation Required To Be Made By The Customer

Name of Feature/Request: Ability To Have The Option To Make An Appointment Confirmation Required To Be Made By The Customer

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To have the Customers to Confirm Appointments through the Appointment Notification Emails Which Will Alert The Sales Rep So Appointment Does Not Get Cancelled | Frequency: When ever an appointment is created for a Customer | We had Evosus software before and they did not have a system in line for anything to confirm an appointment. The 3rd party system i currently use for texting/email customers for this reminder (i send email just because it as simple as checking a box and auto sends the same text to an email) is AppToTo. We would like to have even something as simple as a check box on a scheduled appointment that says “confirmed” or something along the lines of that on the screen if possible.
