Name of Feature/Request: Ability to follow assets
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To be able to follow/get notified of when an assets status changes | Frequency: Would be benefitial every day for Account Managers | I thought of this today while working to migrate a customer to automated billing. They have 7 servers with our AV only agents on them but they are not supported servers so our software (AMI) wouldn’t automatically update those line items. It would be benefitial to be able to “follow” the AV server assets to be notified if/when the asset is marked retired.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Just manual efforts and trusting others to communicate when things are updated.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: Since we are migrating to automatic bililng there are some assets that would help to do some of the manual efforts in order to ensure we are billing appropriately.
