Name of Feature/Request: Ability to find a Sales Order linked to an Address by searching for the Address in Search Striven OR from Sales Order List
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Find Sales Orders by the Address. | Frequency: Daily | Be able to quickly and easily locate a Sales Order that has the matching Ship To/Bill To Address located on it which you are searching using Search Striven. Sales Orders are more commonly found by the Address located on it.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Create a Custom Report based on Sales Orders and Use Refine Results to search for specific Addresses that way - Charmaine finds all the extra steps to be unnecessary,

[18:05] Charmaine Esquibel: idk [18:07] Charmaine Esquibel: Why can’t we find all the estimates linked to certain addresses [18:09] Gabrielle: Okay it looks like the Search Striven feature does not grab that type of information for Orders. When searching for Sales Orders it’s recommended to use key piece of informations such as the Customer Name, Order Name, Order Date, or Order Type used. This is found from the Customer/Vendor Dashboard once the user selects the waffle menu then “Locations”. So the system is currently designed to search for a Location added from the Customer/Vendor Locations. Search Striven will also have a hyperlink to locate the Google map if the Location was added using the Google Search function. Please take a look at an example from my test environment:

[18:17] Gabrielle: It would be beneficial to build a Custom Report and use it to search for a particular address within your Estimates as opposed to using the Search Striven function. [18:29] Gabrielle: It’s labeled as Sales Order in my test environment but you can just replace that with Estimate when you are locating your Columns. [18:37] Gabrielle: If Estimates were searchable by the Address it would be the Bill To or Ship To Address linked to the Locations page for that Customer.
