Ability to add 3rd account types labeled as Donor

Securely store Client, Donor, and Partner information and have a designated place for each to be able to relabel.

Adding multiple categories under customer and how they can function based on categories for all there requirement(Workflows and mass emails, etc.)

Are merging their clients and donors together.

This is important because Clients, Donors, and event Partners are all different categories of stakeholders and the mass messaging, marketing, and CRM usage would be totally different for each one. With Not-for-profits that serve the community and take on clients, it is critical to have a place to securely store their information. Not-for-profits also have Donors (Business and Individual donors) that will receive updates, newsletters, etc. from URCA that the clients will not be receiving. Community Partners (such as referral partners etc.) will consist of other community based organizations like clinics, churches, shelters, etc. It is Importsant to make clear distinctions and not classify them as the same thing.
