Name of Feature/Request: Ability striven be set to 24 hour time
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Have the ability to have time displayed in 24 hour format across system. | Frequency: Would like to use this daily across the system | When using the 12 hour standard time format instead of 24 hour format, it can be easy to mix up similar times (i.e. 4 AM and 4 PM) if not paid close attention to. By allowing the 24 hour time format, we reduce the risk of this occurring.
