Name of Feature/Request: Task to keep the field information on past tasks after the field as been deactivated
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Allow data to still show on past tasks even if the field has been deactivated | Frequency: Every time they need to deactivate a field | Jimmy needs to be able to deactivate task types and/or fields that are no longer being used, but when he does that any prior completed task is affected by changes made to the task type. So now he is faced with a very large list of task types that are not being able to be used and has concerns that someone could accidently use the incorrect task type in the future.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Reactivating the task type/fields when data needs to be recovered from prior completes tasks with that task type
Creating new tasks types every time they need to make a change to the fields
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: They are currently not deactivating fields or task types
