Name of Feature/Request: Task creation feedback/additions

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: It would solve some issues we have with potentially migrating away from Labtech if we decide to, plus would help sell the product to MSPs

Attempted Solutions So Far: None Listed

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: Zammand, Autotask, Connectwise Manage etc
