What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: twice daily for every task in support

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: Manually set on every task across support daily

I’d love to have a button for the start date/time that I can press that says NOW and inserts the current date time as that is the actual start date/time
