Name of Feature/Request: Setting assignments via the apis for customer set up process

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Have the ability to create customer assignments via the APIs.Design: [https://docs.google.com/document/d/1czWJKo5\_CLodDrw4quOGGomISB7DehUflWhpU2zKk\_k/edit#heading=h.m7f9pboz556xThings](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1czWJKo5_CLodDrw4quOGGomISB7DehUflWhpU2zKk_k/edit#heading=h.m7f9pboz556xThings) to Consider: Since MedPro uses Sales Force for their CRM, they have customers being created via APIs in Striven but need to manually set up the assignments. Having the APIs set up the assignments for them will save them time.
