Name of Feature/Request: Referral source field for Customer records should be required through Account Quick Add

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Ensure no missing information input.

Attempted Solutions So Far: Work flow for Quick Add Customer accounts to have referral source filled out after account is created.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Quick Add from a Task will not require the referral field.
