What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: The addition of a “Create Opportunity” trigger to automate the generation of an Opportunity following a sequence of actions recorded on a Sales Order, specifically when the SO Status transitions from “Quoted” to “Completed”. | Frequency: Whenever Sales Order Status Moves To Completed | Incorporating the “Create Opportunity” feature alongside our current capabilities of creating tasks and discussions, and sending texts and emails, would be advantageous in streamlining the process and to increase efficiency.
