# My customer contact forgot their password to the Portal. How can I help them?

My customer contact forgot their password to the Portal. How can I help them?

Either you or your customer contact can navigate to [https://customers.striven.com/](https://customers.striven.com/) to access the Customer Portal Login Page. After selecting the “Forget Password” link and entering the associated email, an email will be sent with a link to reset their password.
