Name of Feature/Request: Multiple Primary Contacts
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: I’d say I have 5-10 accounts that have multiple primary contact notes on them (out of the 93 I’m assigned)
Attempted Solutions So Far: Currently, if a customer has multiple people that can act as a primary contact, we pick one and list them as the “big” primary on the dashboard, and then add an account note with any others that have primary privileges
