Name of Feature/Request: More Functional Discussion Editor

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Make the Discussion editor at least as functional as the Task Description editor. Also consider adding: insert image, embed , save draft.Things to Consider: This would make it much easier to create customer deliverable content (e.g. proposals) directly in Discussions and eliminate the use of PDFs. This would also make it easier to comply with our new Document management policy.Task Description Editor:Discussion editor:Original Description is saved below in discussions. | Frequency: Dozens of times per day.

For customer deliverables, printable formats on orders has the ability to include information directly from native and custom fields onto a viewable/printable format that can be sent through the customer portal or as an attachment on an email. This would allow for more flexibility in editing and sections while allowing for easy creation based on templates and information the is entered and updated directly on the order. This may get a little closer to the desired end result.
