What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To automatically enable the “Default to Be Printed” checkbox for all new customer profiles in Striven, ensuring that documents associated with new customers are consistently flagged for printing without requiring manual intervention. | Frequency: Everyday | Our invoicing workflow depends on every invoice being marked to be printed. If even one invoice does not get checked, it is missed being sent out to customers and missed being filed in our records, both of which cause issues.

Attempted Solutions So Far: Have discussed with support and tried to find workarounds, there does not seem to be one. Constantly reminding our staff and regular training has helped, but still gets missed.
