Name of Feature/Request: Finalize Build & Add New button - ER

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Add a button for Finalize Build & Add New | Frequency: Anytime they finalize a build and want to create a new one | Adding another button for Finalize Build & Add New will allow for them to be able to add a new build right from the page they are already on

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: After finalizing a build they are brought back to the the Build list and have to add from there
