Name of Feature/Request: Excluding a Message based on the time and item was invoiced

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Create a recurring message to happen every 20 months to two years and have it not be sent if the customer has taking the action of scheduling service. | Frequency: Daily as installation and services are on going | Service revenue is a large part of the customer’s business and services are only needed every 2 years. Being able to use Workflws to generate auto messages to solicit service as needed but exclude any customers who have already scheduled their service or had service completed in the last 12 to 20 months
