Name of Feature/Request: Email Log To Show the Customer Email, Not Related To What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To have the collections email be able to be search by Related To | Frequency: Every time a collections email goes out to customer | If I go to EMAIL LOG, I should be able to search by CUSTOMER and see what emails went out. The way it is now. I can’t select customer and see that emails went out to other contacts in SETTINGS\>COLLECTIONS. I have to put in the collection email and search all customers that got a collection email. Also, there is no way to search by RELATED TO. Attempted Solutions So Far: None Listed Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: I put my collection agency email in SETTINGS\>COLLECTIONS area and my primary customer email is in there too.
