Name of Feature/Request: Edit a Customer Status
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: Once | The customer wants to be able to type in other types of statuses that are completely customizable for each individual customer that they have. Not every customer they have falls into the hard-coded statuses already listed.
Attempted Solutions So Far: A possible solution to create a custom field to notate other statuses on the customer dashboard has been mentioned to the customer.
