# Description from Opportunity to flow to Internal Notes on Sales Order

**Name of Feature/Request** :Opp descriotion notes to flow to Sales order /Quote

**What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur with this** :

**Attempted solutions so far** : cioy and paste from OPP to Sales Order internal Notes

**Current Functionality:**  
The Opportunity Description does not carry over when creating a Quote/Sales Order. The user must manually copy and paste the information into Internal Notes.

**Requested Enhancement:**  
Automatically populate the Quote/Sales Order **Internal Notes** field with the information entered in the Opportunity **Description** when the Quote/Sales Order is created from that Opportunity.

**Benefit:**  
This would eliminate unnecessary copy-and-paste steps, save time, and ensure important opportunity details are retained and easily accessible throughout the sales process.
