Name of Feature/Request: Custom Client Status List
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Improve flexibility of customer statuses to facilitate civil engineering industry needs. | Frequency: Any time a new customer is brought on. | Implementing Striven would be much easier for them if we had the functionality. They also want to be a Striven partner and encourage other architecture and engineering businesses to onboard, and this feature is Importsant for their industry.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Currently using custom fields on their customer dashboards to reclassify them from a list of statuses in addition to the hard-coded statuses. Having this housed within one place instead of two would be preferred and easier to maintain
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: In Clients/General: There is a system field called “Status”. Can you inquire about replacing this Striven list with my Active Status List I created? You can find it in Company Setttings/Customer/Vendor/Lists but you can also see it in the Client Screen in “Client Specific Details” in Active Status. This would be helpful and then we can delete it from “Client Specific Details” when/if Striven can append its drop down with mine. We can discuss to confirm final details of that list so for now my request is for you to inquire and advise me. | Previously accomplished: Currently using custom fields on customer dashboards
