Name of Feature/Request: Client Renamed
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: /Topic: What is the Goal/Topic?This client has a few sub-entities that the employees may reference when calling us for support. Is there a way for the support team to search the following names and the results will show Wheelhouse Contract Packaging as the actual client?Why do they need this accomplished?For easier access and identification of the contact/customersHow are they accomplishing it now/past?Miles RequestResult/Resolution: We currently do not have the feature to associate Parent-Child Relationships for customers in Striven. If you wanted to have these other sub-entities pull up in the system as Wheelhouse Contract Packaging, they could be saved as Contacts for the Customer, but then you would have to remember to search for the CONTACT, not the Customer when one of the clients call for support.
