# Change the heading of a discussion away from opportunity

**Name of Feature/Request:**

Change the heading of a discussion away from opportunity

**What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this:**

Customer would like to change the heading in a discussion from “Opportunity” to something that they feel would not be as predatory to a prospect. | Frequency: daily

**Attempted Solutions So Far:**

They are submitting emails and correspondence on this with the opportunity tag on it.

**Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software:**

Is there a way to change the wording of the heading on a discussion? For Ex., we’d like to refer to our customers as something other than an ‘opportunity’ when corresponding with them.
