What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Have the Ability to set Account hours wither through the API or in an ImportsThings to Consider: When making a change to the Company Accounts hours of operation this can only be done through the GUISuggested Alternative Solutions: Have the ability to set the Customer Account Hours of Operation in the Post Customer APIOriginal Description:We’re pursuing potentially making some updates to our customers’ service metrics settings in IT, namely those that are 24/7 customers. There is no back end way to adjust certain customers back to M-F 7am-6pm hours of support in bulk if we were to adjust the global settings to 24/7, since all new IT customers are 24/7.
