Name of Feature/Request:Department filters missing from sales orders
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur with this: the old sales order page had a dropdown to select department. This was extremely helpful in seeing what other departments are working with a customer without the need for custom filters and saved searches.
Attempted solutions so far: By selecting or viewing the department from a dropdown, though this feature is no longer available in the update.The saved searches do not appear reliable as different team members get different options and I keep getting switched to the “all sales orders” list even when navigating to a specific customer’s sales orders via the waffle menu. Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven: It helped us appear as one company to the customer to easily know if another team is already working with them and also helped us to quickly see where there may be cross pollination opportunities.
