Name of Feature/Request: API Version Number Endpoint

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: TBD

Attempted Solutions So Far: The only other option for consideration is manually asking for every update to the Striven API to be delivered by email or notification, which prevents an automated solution and likely adds more work than creating the endpoint

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: It isn’t being accomplished currently. It is difficult to know when changes are made to API Endpoints
