Name of Feature/Request: Allow more than a 500 Character Limit for Account Notes on Customer Dashboard
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: With most of my customers dashboards | I have customers that have very detailed needs and we want to ensure that the info for these needs is right in the support teams face and requires less digging. If we can bump the accoumt notes up from 500 characters it would help greatly in this. Also some times when I have 5 or under characters left if will not save those character changes.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Brian is only able to add up to 500 characters in the Account Notes section currently. He would like to be able to add up to 600 characters at least.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: Brian uses the Account Notes with the option to add up to 500 characters currently.
