Name of Feature/Request: Add “Subscribed to Email Types” as columns/filters in Report Builder for Customer Contacts
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur with this: Significant time saving to not have to check the Subscription section on a Contact page to see if they are Subscribed or not before sending marketing emails. It would also allow us to use this as a filter on the Customer Email function itself to ensure emails will be seen by the right people.
Attempted solutions so far: Created a Custom Field called “Marketing Email” and set it to Contacts we want to email. But this does not account for anyone who unsubscribed.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven: The “Subscription” section is the only thing on the Contact page we can’t report on. It would make sense to be able to pull in the “Subscribed to Email Types” as filters/columns to quickly find our target audience. We could set up an Email Relay to this information, but it would be so nice to be able to do it all in Striven.
