Name of Feature/Request: Add filter for Employee Skillset of Employee Search within Task Dispatch
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Add Employee Skillset to the Employee search filters within Task Dispatch | Frequency: CBG is not live with Striven, but they foresee this coming up multiple times a day as they will have a lot of tasks to dispatch out per day. | CBG will dispatch most of the task work they assign from a pool to an individual person, so they plan on using this page heavily. Having the skillset will help them better define who should be assigned for the work being assigned. They do Surveying / Forms work among other things, so assigning the right person from a pool is crucial for them. My (Brian Kinney) initial thought was to define job titles in a way to do this since that filter is already available. CBG would rather see the skillset and be able to filter that way because the skillset is easily understood whereas a job title with a skillset could become so nuanced that it leads to confusion.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Use Skillsts Report on one monitor and dispatch on another
Define job titles in a way that more defines skills (worried about this getting too nuanced as opposed to a skillset being easily understood)
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: Using a report in tandem with the Dispatch
