Name of Feature/Request: Add “Adjustment” column and filter to Employee Salaries dataset

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To add " Salary Adjustment" information such as columns and filters to the Employee Salaries dataset in Report Builder. | Frequency: Monthly | it would be helpful to see a data set on adjustments, especially for bonuses to be able to easily track certifications for the monthly post
