Name of Feature/Request: ability to convert a meeting back to a request with employee conflicts

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: once we started allowing customers to directly schedule time with employees via the signature link

Attempted Solutions So Far: None Listed

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: very manually and honestly very painfully because it requires a significant amount of coordination for what is an otherwise simple thing
